We had a great time this past weekend! On Friday the news called for serious amounts of snow. So I went and fought the Wal-Mart panic crowd to get milk. The other top purchases I observed? Dog food and beer. Just thought I would share that.
Anyways... Blake had a great time watching the snow start falling! He calls snow "snowman". It is too cute to correct. :) "Daddy! Snowman...cold...". We let him sleep with us Friday and Saturday night because we heard there would be a good chance of power outages. All the night kicks in the back were worth it when Blake woke us up with kisses! Saturday wasn't a good day to play outside because it was a rain/snow mix. Greg and Blake played all day. Blake was in heaven. I must admit I felt a bit rejected when Blake actually pushed me out of the room one time to be with daddy. :)
Sunday we bundled up and took on the snow! Blake had a blast throwing snowballs at daddy. It was so cute! He wasn't so fond of Greg pulling him in the sled. He almost tipped off once and that did it for him. Greg also decided it would be a great idea to push Blake to the top of the hill in his little car and let him roll down. I was a little nervous.
